THE OPPORTUNITY – DO WORK THAT MATTERS

As a Medical Affairs Customer Coordinator, you will support the medical teams with organizational, administrative, logistic support & medical dashboards follow-ups with team members. From contracting, events organization, POs, budget follow-up for own projects to asset management, translation, congress participation and meeting organization.

This role is in our office in Brussels. You will report directly to the Medical Director.


FURTHER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Back-office support of the businesses with different projects (Project & event Management: scientific events, Ad Boards etc.)
  • Handle system administration tools such as InvoiceTrack, Veeva, ,Docusign, OneView, etc.
  • Provide on demand administrative support i.e. In and outgoing mail, catering, small translations etc.
  • Act as a guardian for high standards of compliance.
  • Follow-up on internal processes and ensure a high customer satisfaction for both internal & external customers
  • Attending team meetings & maintaining overview of planned activities together with the team leader.
  • Support with contracting, PO numbers & budget follow-up.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Experience in project and process management.
  • Excellent command of the English language and fluent Dutch. French language is a plus!
  • Demonstrated Project Management skills and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time
  • Proven ability to act operationally in an efficient manner.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Problem solver, flexible, eager to learn & digital oriented.
  • Customer centric mindset.
  • Lastly, education in project management, business administration or similar. Preferably bachelor’s or currently studying a master’s degree.
